Information and Communication Infrastructure Solution Co Ltd (NT&T Solution Co., Ltd – formerly called NT&T) was established in 2005 with a mission of helping enterprises and government bodies to leverage latest advances in information technology especially in data management area to build a flexible and reliable foundation for their business and operation. The foundation is supposed to address challenges often found in storage, protection, DR, process and management of exploding information which translate directly to great improvement of business results.
EMC, being one of the top 10 technology company in the world and the leader in data management solution, found our mission, leadership, management and mostly our professional staffs suitable for their business expansion into Vietnam and appointed us as the sole distributor in 2005 for Vietnamese market.
With an aim to support current customers who are coping with challenges in internal and external communications, we expanded our business operation through establishment of a communication department. This is a move to bring about end to end solutions to our customers to leverage technologies in both human voices communication data and computer data to make them always available, accessible and manageable to produce business value.
As a restructure and brand name creation step to be able to provide better service to our customers, we changed the company name to NT&T. The technology foundation, leadership and expertise still remain with us and continuously improve and expand. With a 30 strong member’s team in Hanoi and HCMC, we’re committed to bring effective and efficient solution to our customers and gain their satisfaction through successful implementation and support.
NT&T is proud to possess a strong team of highly trained and experienced employees. Being the pioneer in the market, NT&T was the chief designer, implementer and supporter of all aspects of the data management industry with customers of different size and business sector. In combination with our system integrator, the coverage is expanded to all aspects of IT system such as Storage, Data Protection, Applications, Databases, Networking, Servers, Data Center, Big Data, Cloud, etc. The technical team is also powered by EMC Partner Support system with EMC Education, method and methodologies, tools and knowledge base.

Customer service center
EMC and NT&T work on data management business and understand that data is one of the most critical assets of customers. By nature, data lost are hard to recover and data unavailability cannot be reversed. Therefore prevention measures are in place to guarantee that customers will have the best possible knowledge and parts to prevent any imminent threat of data lost. This includes automatic diagnostics of the system, automatic call home when failure is imminent and in country (and sometimes on site) stock of spare parts for proactive replacements.
EMC customers service contact can be proactively initiated by the system through call home features or reactively initiated by customers to any of the contact points including: SI, NT&T and EMC where EMC will be the owner of the resolution. This guarantees world best service for customers throughout the life of the system.
Service delivery through onsite and remote (phone/IM, webex) 24×7 to make sure the system are in good conditions and problems are rectified in a timely manner.
Spare parts for all components are readily available in NT&T’s warehouse in HCMC.
